On first sniff there is a tangle of wintergreen and fresh baked croissants. The barrel fermentation & sur lie treatment created a wine with a big mouthfeel and fresh acidity that cuts straight through to kefir & yellow passion fruit leaving a smooth yet mouthwatering finish.
