Bone dry, sparkling rosé. Cloudy (colfondo, as the Italians say). Grapefruity and delcious. Great food wine. Wonderful on it's own or try with your favorite prosecco-based cocktails. Guzzle it in the sunshine or sneak a bottle to bed underneath the covers in the winter.
Following fermentation, the lees is added to the bottle and devours the residual sugar, resulting in a extremely dry sparking wine.
